ISPO Munich 2019 | Performance and ecology not a contradiction

Sustainability is booming. The topic inspires exhibitors and visitors alike once again at ISPO Munich this year. The down comes from old bedclothes or old down jackets; these are then processed, cleaned and re-filled.” But sustainability offers much more. With their new „Futurelight“ outerwear fabric, The North Face proves that sustainable use of materials can even improve performance. You will notice that it ‘s significantly more breathable, than any waterproof jacket you have ever worn.” The demand for sustainable products is growing and manufacturers are reacting to this with innovative ideas and developments.
